(Fairfax, VA) DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SERVICES AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS Directly responsible for all Business Services and Information Systems pertaining to daily activities in Fairfax Radiology's Business Office. Manage the daily activities of 14 employees whose responsibilities include data entry, charge posting, payment reconciliation, insurance verification and filing (both electronic and paper), along with many more activities. Was solely responsible for the complete installation and implementation of a 32 port LAN, including purchase of all hardware, installation and complete software integration and setup. Spearheaded the project to implement a new front-end package that supplemented the billing package that controls the practices A/R. Responsible for support calls and manager meetings ironing out the problems of this front-end package on an ongoing basis. Responsible for investigating and approving all invoices on a recurring daily basis. Full decision-making regarding the Billing System. Responsible for 7 figure annual budget.
